Cannerozzetti Divella

Cannerozzetti pasta with Artichokes and Provola cheese

My recipe, 
with this relatively rare type of tubed pasta 
with ridges down the sides.

Food ingredients

400 grams of cannerozzetti
4 large artichokes
200g of tomato pulp
100 grams of sweet provola cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
oil
salt
1 clove of garlic

Preparation

In a saucepan put the minced garlic to brown with the oil, after a few moments add the artichokes previously cleansed and put into water and lemon and then cut into julienne strips.

Allow to brown for a few seconds and then add the tomato pulp with two or three glasses of water that will allow the artichoke cook well without drying out.

Once the sauce has reduced it means that the artichoke is cooked, then add salt cover and keep aside.

Meanwhile cook the cannerozzetti in salted water and  drain them slightly al dente.

Pour into the pan and then pour the sauce with the artichokes the  coarsely grated provola cheese and a little of the cooking water at low heat, turning them frequently so that provola cheese melts.

Place on the plate... and add grated Parmesan cheese to your pleasure!

Pourquoi le Café Règne... Why Coffee Reigns...

Le café a plus d'antioxydants que le chocolat noir ou le thé, et peut compenser jusqu'à 50-70% de l'apport en antioxydants totale pour une personne moyenne.

Une étude récente a montré que les hommes qui buvaient le plus de café (6 tasses ou plus par jour) étaient près de 60% moins susceptibles de développer un cancer avancé de la prostate que les non-buveurs de café.


En fait, au moins six études ont montré que les buveurs réguliers de café ont jusqu'à 80% de diminution du risque de développer la maladie de Parkinson.

La caféine a été démontré de réduire le taux d'effort perçu, donc on ne se sent pas comme si nous travaillons aussi dur que nous le sommes vraiment. En outre, les personnes qui boivent régulièrement du café ont été trouvés à avoir de meilleures performances aux tests de réaction de temps, la mémoire verbale et le raisonnement.



Et une autre étude a révélé que les femmes âgées de plus de 80 ans ont nettement mieux réussi les tests de la fonction cognitive si elles avaient consommé régulièrement du café au cours de leur vie.
