Customers happy and contented ... (Since 1991)

The one thing that I enjoy and find the most rewarding is happy and contended clients.

And last night, after a moment that generated a stop at work and enjoying the fantastic atmosphere created by the 39 C° heat in the kitchen, came through the door a couple to salute me.
(hand shake and kisses, like in Italy.)

Lately we are all a little pessimistic about the state of affairs in the world, you do not seem so negative ...

My response:
You have to be optimistic. We are continually looking for new "table d'hôte" menus and stimulation for our customers. It is difficult, but the rewards are good.

They came for supper together with the grandkids ...
Many years ago this grandson was a little boy about five or six years old with a soccer sweater on his back, today, this little boy is 6' 4" tall. Wow!

Working with passion, energy, and sometimes even a bit of madness is so nice that we do not even realize that years fly by.

Our intent is to give stimulation to those who enter our Osteria. In addition to the fine Italian wines we have Italian beer, extra vergin olive oils, prosciutto, Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar of Modena, delicious sweets and delicious soups. We recently introduced the "rapini".

It's really nice when work becomes a kind of fusion between effort and satisfaction. We believe in what we do and when we do it, let's do it right!
Because ...

"Happiness is tasted twice grueling."
