Caffè Freddo "Shakerato" al Kahlua
Le café glacé est une des meilleures façons de profiter du café même en plein été. Un café glacé froid, est parfait comme apéritif ou un rafraîchissement après le repas.
Iced coffee is one of the best ways to enjoy coffee even in summer. A cold iced coffee, is perfect as an aperitif or a refreshment after dinner.
8 ice cubes 1 spoon of Kahlua
good quality espresso coffee
Refrigerate the glasses in which you will serve your cold coffee. Usually I use a large martini cocktail glass with a small stem. Then I put 6-8 ice cubes in a shaker, add 1 spoon of Kahlua, finally I add one cup of long espresso, still boiling. Always choose a good quality espresso.
Finally, insert the ingredients in a shaker always in this order (ice, Kahlua, coffee) to prevent the coffee from melting the ice cubes, and watering down the final result. Now close the shaker and shake for 10 seconds, filter ice with the strainer or a small teaspoon. Serve cold coffee in pre-cooled glasses.
